Greg’s journey began in 1996 in Dallas, Texas, where he opened Cobb’s Kitchen and quickly earned a loyal following for his smoky, mouthwatering meats. Now based in Palm Springs, Greg continues to share his passion one slow-smoked bite at a time right here at Bel Vino.
