Bel Vino Winery is nestled in the heart of Southern California’s Temecula Valley, a region known for its exceptional year-round climate—among the best in the country for growing wine grapes. Combined with rich, fertile soil, these ideal conditions allow Bel Vino to cultivate grapes that rival the finest grown anywhere in California.

Our 40-acre estate vineyard produces 12 distinct grape varietals:
Red Varietals
- Cabernet Sauvignon
- Cabernet Franc
- Malbec
- Merlot
- Petit Sirah
- Syrah
- Zinfandel
White Varietals
- Chardonnay
- Muscat
- Riesling
- Sauvignon Blanc
- Viognier
Each varietal is crafted into its own wine—Merlot grapes become Merlot wine, Chardonnay grapes become Chardonnay, and so on. In addition, we create unique blends by combining two or more varietals. These blended wines, labeled with proprietary or non-varietal names, often exceed expectations and offer complex, elevated flavor profiles.
Bel Vino also sources premium-quality grapes from select local vineyards to further expand our offerings. In total, we produce and offer around 35 different wines, giving guests a diverse and exciting tasting experience every time they visit.

Bel Vino wines are produced in a state-of-the-art, 50,000-square-foot winemaking facility located in the City of Temecula. This advanced facility is home to two of California’s top winemakers and feature cutting-edge equipment, ensuring every bottle we produce meets the highest standards of quality.
